These nesting pads offer a modern alternative to traditional straw or wood shavings. Made from TPU material, the pads are durable and provide a soft surface for hens to lay their eggs. The 13 by 13 inch dimensions are designed to fit standard nesting boxes, providing a consistent and comfortable base for the birds.
One of the primary benefits of these pads is that they are fully washable and reusable. When they become soiled, they can be easily cleaned and returned to the coop, which helps maintain a more hygienic environment for egg collection. The textured surface helps prevent eggs from rolling or breaking during the laying process.
This catalog listing includes nine individual pads, enough to outfit a medium-sized coop. The material is resistant to moisture and does not harbor pests as easily as organic bedding. These pads are a practical investment for poultry owners looking to reduce waste and simplify the cleaning routine in their nesting areas.
